What is a Circle of Circo?
A Circle is a 5-person micro-team — one of every role — that functions as a real agency and ships a real product in 8 weeks.
Brand / Product Designer
Shapes the look, feel, and identity. Owns user flows, wireframes, and final design system for the product.
Frontend Developer
Turns designs into living, breathing interfaces. Owns the client-side application users interact with every day.
Backend Developer
Architects the engine. Owns APIs, databases, authentication, and the infrastructure keeping the product running.
Project Manager
The glue of the Circle. Runs sprints, unblocks teammates, tracks delivery, and keeps the client brief on target.
Data Analyst
Turns numbers into decisions. Owns analytics, user metrics, and presents insight-driven reports to the team.

Receive Your Brief & Build
Your Circle receives a real client brief or an internal Circo product prompt. You have 8 weeks to research, design, build, and ship.
Demo Day & Launch
Present your product to real stakeholders, get feedback, earn your verified Circo certificate, and launch your career.
